Seth Thurgood, owner of Thurgood and Sons Construction' has always loved building, from underground and above-ground "forts" as a kid to building storage sheds while going to college . He got his first table saw for Christmas when he was 11 years old and tools for most birthdays and Christmas's.
He graduated from Utah State University and went on to work for Utah Division of Wildlife Resources in Kamas Utah. Even though it paid $30,000 a year in "good time" it only paid $10,000 a year in wages. So Seth and his wife Tammy decided to move their family to Las Vegas' Nevada and start a packing and shipping franchise. After five years in Las Vegas and a desire for a more" rural" lifestyle. They decided to move back to Seth's hometown.
